We are seeking an SAP Senior FSM Consultant to lead the delivery and execution of SAP projects for customers. This role combines deep functional knowledge of SAP FSM with strong business process understanding in service operations, field execution, dispatching, mobility, planning, and integrated service management. The consultant leads workshops, drives solution architecture, and ensures successful end-to-end project delivery within complex enterprise environments. 
Who We Are Looking For
  • Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers, using best practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities. Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work.
  • Lead workshopsas the subject matter expertforField ServiceManagement-specificbusiness processes.
  • Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching,Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics.
  • Advise customers in best practicesin Field Service, including scheduling optimization, mobile operations, SLAs, and technician enablement. 
  • Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects and work with onshore and offshore developers to resolve defects.
  • Deliver user training, solution demos, andchangemanagementsupport.
  • Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or equivalent mobile/field service solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FSM modules and components: Planning & Dispatching,Smartforms, Mobile, Workflow, Analytics, and Master Data.
  • Deep understanding of Field Service business processes (work order lifecycle, dispatching, asset management, service contracts, time entry).
  • Strong planning, management, problem solving, and leadership ability.
  • Technical knowledge of REST APIs, OData, BTP Integration Suite, or CPI.
  • Background in EAM-intensive industries (utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, public sector).
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
