We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. ServiceNow Solution Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for our ServiceNow product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the ServiceNow community with an understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and associated solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect and tailor your approach to offer customized ServiceNow solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospects and clients, showcasing the benefits of our ServiceNow solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, earning their trust and becoming their trusted advisor for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, demonstrating consistent performance and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team and other departments to ensure seamless transition from sale to implementation, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the ServiceNow ecosystem to remain competitive and adjust sales strategies as needed.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on software or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and how organizations leverage the platform to exceed their employee and customer expectations. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a dedication to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive success.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
